Membership in the Now Hear This chapter of Toastmasters International is open to all.  However because of Security procedures, most members are military, civilian Federal employees or contractors with access to the Naval Support Activity base in Mechanicsburg, PA.  However, we do have other members who are not employed at the Naval Support Activity.
